What's your shot??

I like to hit it down and go for the break out with the one and get the CB safe. Hard shot though. the CB Z pattern looks good, I would be worried about leaving the CB on the rail, this would make the safe on the 2 really hard.

If I felt like shooting, I would pump in the 1 with an angle and try a break

As it's a 7 footer I can place the CB @ a foot or so away and reach it comfortably. I think I'm more accurate (in this case) drawing straight back than going off the lower rail.

Completely agreed. I just don't like the cue ball hitting a rail after pocketing the 1 at the risk of it losing enough speed to effectively break up the 2-9. If you're confident in your stroke, drawing straight into them is the way to go. Very few things can go wrong. (Famous last words? :p)
