Wheelchair Poolplayers

I haven't talked to her in a few years, but Hydrid lived in San Diego and won a wheelchair tourney that earned her a trip to New Zealand.

Girlwon1 posted her picture on AZbilliards a while back.

Hydrid is as pretty as any girl I've seen in person. Nice personality too.

I played TC Taylor about 7 years ago, at his very small pool hall in Thayer, MO. Speed, as in how fast he played, was never a problem. He shot very quickly at that time. I know he was olanning a trip to Europe at the time for a tournament over there. As far as how well he played, I don't feel at the time he played as well as the pros on the "abled" tour, but I felt like he had some rela game. I know gambiling with him was not an option. Heck, at that time I feared the spots he would have given me. :) He was a very gracious host though. He made and signed some homemade joint protectors for me.

I don't think he still plays, but I have not followed it for quite some time.

I was the TD for that four day event and the two players were A. Aragon & Barbox Charlie Hans playing Scotch Doubles with Earl S. & J. Archer in the finals taped by ESPN.

Yep , That the one I saw . they all played well it was Charlie and Archer & Earl and Aragon as partners if I remember correctly ...as far as the Johnny & Earl playing in a wheelchair I believe ESPN did show excerpts of them in wheelchairs
"trying" to play IIRC

Ratchet - l would love to have one of those collapsible extendable bridges to add to my "neat pool stuff" collection .........
