The way I hear it, Tony was racing a train to the crossing. Train won. This tells me he probably had done this before and always won. Trouble is, you're only allowed one loss. But he went out with an adrenaline rush.

He did get hit by a train but I don't think he was racing to the crossing. Blackjack would be able to tell you more about it. I don't know if he posts here anymore. I haven't seen him here in awhile.
