When is a "Fire Sale" *Really* A Fire Sale?

A Fire Sale is when you have had a fire in your store, everything smells smokey and you want to unload all your inventory cheap so you can either rebuild or get out fast.

"You mean 'fire sale' isn't 'I have to sell this cue ASAP and is more important than everyone else's sale here'???"
