Here's the situation;

Pat is still in China and will be back in office on Thursday 9/28.
Phones are being answered and messages returned as quickly as possible because nobody is in the office.

Orders are being processed also as quickly as possible.
We expect all to be back to normal by the end of this week.

The last time I ordered similar DVDs there was a question as to whether or not they still had it anymore. I want to verify so I call.
