For all those that didn't know, They will be on TV. (see below)
U.S. Bar Table Championships to be Televised
The 2006 U.S. Bar Table Championships will be televised nationally for the first time. InDemand Television Network will be
creating a reality series about Pool and the poolplayers who are participants in this years tournament.
It will be an eight week series on INHD television with all shows in High Definition format. Actual air dates have not yet been
determined, but the series is slated to begin in late March or early April, 2006 and be shown on a weekly basis.
There will be four qualifying events leading up to the USBT Championships on March 1-5, 2006 at the Sands Regency
Casino/Hotel in Reno, NV.
January 9-12, 2006 Derby City Classic; Louisville, KY - Eight Ball & Ten Ball
January 28-29, 2006 Tulsa Billiard Palace; Tulsa, OK - Nine Ball & Eight Ball
February 4-5, 2006 Ultimate Billiards; Berlin, CT - Nine Ball & Eight Ball
February 11-12, 2006 Clicks Billiards; Houston, TX - Nine Ball & Eight Ball
All of these qualifiers will also be televised by INHD TV.
Each qualifier will consist of two tournaments with the winners of each receiving prize money, plus an all expense paid trip to
Reno for the USBT Championships. Entry fee to play in the qualifying tournaments is $60 with a minimum of $2,500 in added
monies, to be divided between the two tournaments.

I am heading there tonight after I get off work to play in the 8-ball tournament. My girlfriend will be driving all the way from Boise so I can get some sleep 
I was planning on playing both but we had a military exercise that started on the 27th and is ending today. So I haven't had much practice unfortunately.
I was hoping to see the brackets as well to see who all showed but I guess i'll have to wait till I get there.
I will make a post about the action after I get back.
