i think either a lepro or a triangle tip soaked in milk then compressed in a vise.
they play very sporty and hold their shape and chalk very well.
bbb, I don't think ykndoit was giving you bad info. From what I've read here, milk duds can be made with pretty much any single-layer tip, Triangle and LePro have been used by others, Pooldawg8 happens to use Elkmaster. The formula is not hard and fast as to either the tip or the ingredients used for soaking.the link explains it petroboy and ykndoit
