Its in the 2nd paragraph I have also heard that the new BCA rule book will only be available in Phenolic Back due to the paper shortage

I am a semi-builder and repairman, and a Tiger dealer, so I have all the tips I can possibly need. I have heard a lot of people talking about BCA enforcing the rules, but I wanted to read it for myself. That way I can explain it first hand to my customers.:thumbup2:
