Where to buy #1 MT holder with straight shank?

I want to get this spur driver to use on my cuesmith deluxe lathe but its #1 MT.

Where can I buy a holder for it that has a straight shank? I've been googling for a couple of hours and I couldn't find anything.

I think you are looking for a "drill socket", or a "solid socket". Apparently they are used in screw machines, but they make good little spindles in my homebuilt thingamabobs. Here are the KBC offerings (this is a Canadian priced page btw) :

The smallest socket I've seen is 1" OD x 3.5" long.
