Where to buy Moori tips

Hello All,

I am curious as to where you guys buy your Moori tips, or what is their average price? I bought some, and this guy that was gonna replace them who also sells them told me that I bought imitations, and real Moori cost 40 to 50 bucks. Is he pulling my leg, or are there a lot of fakes out there. I bought these from a reputable place. Nielsens billiards. any help would be great, I thought I trusted my repairman, but im not sure. thanks

At one time, a number of years ago, I paid as much as 30.00 for them but I was buying from a source I could trust as back then they were scarce and I didn't trust people on the internet. Now a days they run around 10.00 each. I know some people still get burnt on the internet now and again but it's usually their fault for not looking at the mans feedback. If he doesn't have many or if his percentage is less than 98.5 I don't buy anything.

I think your repairman needs to shop around a little. You can get them for $10 each at Atlas. Cheaper yet if you buy in larger quantities.

www.wolfbite.com sells moori's for $9.50 and cheap shipping hope this helps.

I still see them for as high $45-$60 installed.

Depending on how much is done along with the tip install that can be anywhere from a ridiculously high price to a not unreasonable price.
