Which size table would you recommend

Drv4 nailed it but I would go with a 4x8 foot table with those room measurements. A 9 footer will be a little tight lengthwise.
My room is 35 x 45, but I chose to go with an 8 footer, to get the best of both worlds. The pockets have been modified.
I play on Bar Boxes & 9 footers, plus I play GOLF on a 10 footer.

In my opinion, I'd stick with the 7' table. I have an 8' and don't really care for the size. I think it plays easiest of the 3. I believe there are less clusters and not quite long enough. Personal preference of course, I play mostly 8 ball and so I find it plays easier than a 7' due to less clusters. I wouldn't put a 9' table in there, doesn't look like quite enough space.
If you are like me and play mostly on bar tables (I play in a bar league) I would stick with the 7 footer you have to keep the experience of clustering etc you will face normally. If you play on 9 footers I would go with an 8 to simulate more of the 9 foot experience. I don't think you want the 9 footer in that space as you would end up not being able to naturally play some shots.

Actually, I use the living room in my home as Pool Room area, for research, teaching & Video Analysis. I never got around to building a big shop. We are preparing to move, we don't need this 5800 sq ft home anymore.
My next home will hopefully have a HUGE SHOP for what I'm doing now.
My room is almost the exact same size and I have a 7' Diamond in there with just enough room to shoot unobstructed, I don't think moving to an 8' would be worth dealing with the walls and a 9' would be way too tight in my opinion.
