which spin is best?

Hi Keith, I appreciate your time in answering our questions, thanks. My question is: suppose you have a shot into the corner, it isn't straight in, but only say 15 degrees off from being straight. It is a fairly long shot, the table has tight pockets, so you can't really cheat the pocket. You want to make the shot and keep the cue ball from drifting sideways as much as possible. Low outside english? Thanks, Mick
ps. I've read somewhere that someone recommends inside english?

Mick, I hit 'em with either outside low rights or a little bit of top left-hand english with a nice follow-through, so the the object ball does not skid.
