Is a white leather wrap a good or bad idea for your playing cue? I like the feel of a leather wrap and my butt cap and joint are white phenolic. It would look good but it might get dirty faster than a baby daiper.

I've installed several after trying to talk people of them. No one is really happy with them. They just get dirty and its not the fault of the wrap, just the nature of the beast.

It doesn't get dirty faster it just shows the dirt. Do you really think that a color will keep dirt off?

Installed one for a local player about a month ago, he wipes it down after every session, but it's still getting dirty. About the only way it will stay clean is if you had finish over the top of it.

I agree with Radge69, if you have a good clear coat over the wrap it will last much longer and stay cleaner.
