White Linen Wrap

Where'd my stroke go?

Hi all, I just picked up a new cue with a white & green-specked linen wrap. I wasn't planning on playing with it but it hit so good that I can't stop myself.
The problem is, my hands often get sweaty and I'm afraid to touch the wrap when that happens.
Is there something that's safe to apply to the wrap (not wax or anything like that) to keep it as clean as possible?

I have found that Oxiclean is very good for cleaning white wraps.

Renaissance wax is a very good product and it is not a wax per say.

It is a microcrystalline product that does not attract dirt and burnishes very good on linen.
