White to black ferrule

It's a new carbon fiber shaft and I don't want to void the warranty.
 
In that case, black spray paint will work. Apply 3-4 light coats, then wetsand with 600/800/1000.

I've painted entire carbon fiber shafts white for a customer using this method.

To remove, just use acetone.

Flat black spray paint worked like a charm. I cleaned the half inch white ferrule with acetone and masked off the carbon fiber. I painted the ferrule and side of the leather tip which was a bluish gray. Shot in a local tournament yesterday and it still looks "factory".
