sometimes [maybe many times in life] you have to look at the broader picture. for me, i really hate bashing. and in the end as chicken, who i think needs to cool his jets made the best comment of ALL:

"WE ARE ALL POOL PLAYERS"

of course we can have differing opinions, but at the same time we should enjoy each other [and pool together]

i hope we let this thread die. i for one don't want to post here anymore. the thing i most enjoy here on AZB is our commonality. why should we go on and on about our differences?

is there one who can win this game? imho, no.

maybe the Whitten situation became lost, and if so, let Mr. Whitten make another thread. but lets not go on endlessly against each other

First of all ......I sympathize with those losing money to these practises, but I don't think the underlying reason has been discussed near enough. The reason these folks are able to continue is because of the greed factor. Anyone that does a bit of research knows about how much the product they are interested in costs. If a Whitten or an XYZ case usually sells in the $200 range.....and you buy one for $60.....who really cheated the whitten family???

Exactly, you KNOW what you're buying when it's 1/5th or even 1/10th the cost of the real thing. That's one thing that feeds the knockoff leeches, get something that looks like the real thing so people will think you have money. But their reality is they are $8.00/hr temporary factory rats.
