Who All Is Going To Peoria?

i'll be arriving friday afternoon, in time for the friday evening matches. gonna stop in Eureka, ILL and take a walk through around Ronald Reagan's college on the way over. they have a bust of him in the middle of the campus, its very well done.

anyway, as i said, i arrive friday afternoon, attend the friday evening matches, and will be there for the saturday ESPN matches. depending on what happens during the saturday matches i may or may not stick around for the sunday ESPN matches. 8 hours of ESPN matches would be a lot to take in.

anyway, its 3 weeks away, just wondering who is going to be there this time around?

Ok people, don't get too excited, but as Michael Jackson proclaimed in his "before I was a freak" Jackson 5 days........I'LL BE THERE!!!!! I will be arriving in Peoria on Wens. sometime and I will be gone when my pony is outta the race....which means I will be stayin' until Sunday night, right? ;)
 
I coming, too...not sure which day I'll arrive....how will we know each other? I was going to look for Zeeder's one eye, buy now I see he has two. Do I put a big AZ on my back or what?

Where's anyone staying?..I haven't even made reservations yet.

I'll be wearing a red rose in my hair and carying a 1970's paperback version of Poe's The Raven. Thirty five minutes past very hour I will read a section from the poem. (I hope the players don't mind. :o )

Here is an example to get you started:

I'll be arriving Friday afternoon in time to check into the hotel and be there for the late matches.

Staying until the end, or until everyone I route for is gone (which is NOT going to HAPPEN. You hur me!?! lol)

hey? ya know, that group dinner sounds good to me. who wants to coordinate it? i'll be too busy with ESPN, so unfortunately i cant. there's a restaurant? i think over at the Casino, perhaps that would be a good place. or we can all just eat hamburgers and hotdogs and drink beer by the river after the matches saturday evening.

I'm pretty serious when it comes to sweating the matches. Drinks after any of the sessions sounds better to me than dinner, but it all depends on the match schedule. Of course, I hope to sweat some matches with some of the AZB crowd.

I might let you sit near me...it depends on who your routin' for though. I am pretty hardcore...face paint...the HUGE foam #1 gloves...and my boom box blarin' Rock & Roll, Part 2....Ba na na na... Hey! Ba na na...

Same here SJM. If there's a match going on then there's a good chance that I'll be there! I agree that it's good to sweat the matches with fellow AZers. It was great to meet AuntyDan when I was in California and we got to sweat the TV matches together!
 
If you wanna say hi

Much to the chagrin of the other forum members I've decided to post my picture in my avatar so if anyone wants to say hi in Peoria they know what I look like...lol.
 
Now that Zach (zeeder) has revealed what's around the eye, I guess anyone wanting to speak to me (though why on earth they would want to is anyone's guess) can just ask Zach - he can point me out (I haven't missed a minute of the pool in the last 2 tournaments). Zach is the official meeter and greeter - hey Zach, where are you taking us for drinks?????
