Who builds a cue with a longer ferrule?

Strange white stuff inside the joint. Not much clearance for a socket on the bolt head also.

Hi Rod
Strange, the weight bolt resembles a Joss along with the shallow joint but the ferrule and shaft taper suggest Meucci.

Joint collar and insert look too clean to be a Meucci. Need a close up of the ferrule to know what material it is, might be able to figure out who from there.
Dennis has the cue currently, I will see if he knows the ferrule material, thank you.
