Who can make this cue for me?

I am aware that my photoshop skills suck. The picture is what I want for the cue. If anyone could give me a price on what it would cost to make such a cue that would be greatly appreciated. I would like a plain black join with a G10 radial pin, grey stained forearm, 4 points with a small pearl inlay at the base of each point, a black leather wrap, and a black butt sleeve with the same inlay as the base of the points also inline with the points.

Is there any particular reason why no one would want to take this job on? I can pay up front for the cue (Provided it is not to expensive.). Do cuemakers not like to take on custom projects?
