Who Gets to play on the WPBA in 2010?

What gets you a free pass to NOT have to re-qualify for 2010 WPBA Classic events? Is it anyone over 40 in the ranking at the end of the year? Thank you. Johnnyt
 
Those ranked 48 and higher are exempt I think. Those below 48 I think get an invite to the RTC to try to requalify. The top 16 players at the RTC play on the next year tour. At least that's my understanding.
