who handles meucci

Rat Cues has posted that he is an authorized repair cuemaker for Meucci. I would try him. I'm not saying that he is responsible for warranty issues or authorizing no cost repairs...but I am sure he knows the right people. He made me some Meucci JP's a while back. Great quality and service.

I totally agree, Ryan will take of things faster than the factory and mostly better also. Ryan wroks for Meuller Recreational Products, so you can either contact Ryan here on the forum of call him in the Meuller Repair facility.
