I've been watching that SVB vs Jungo match. Who is this guy? Please don't answer "A Swiss pool player"--I've obviously got that far. I haven't seen him in anything else. His game seems very strong--pinpoint position, solid shot making, lots of composure. In fact, his style seems very similar to SVB's in his calm and in his projection of confidence. Is he a touring European pro who just doesn't get over here much? Anyone have some background?

I was impressed as well. A relative unknown who almost never misses and obviously isn't scared of anyone. Impressive but also disgusting!

Dimi is fun to have around.
he's super nice and down to earth. he likes to joke and laugh in between matches and he is always there to help one improve your game.

he's known here in europe. he was ranked as a top10 eurotour player in 2009. he's not playing overseas often.
for example; he skipped the world 10-ball in manila in 2009 because he was busy with he's work in switzerland and this year he is not playing every eurotour anymore.

however, good guy.
go Dimi!

SVB is one of my favorite players in more ways than one, but in this game I couldn't help but notice his lack of heart in that match. At one point he climbed back 5-9, making 8-foot shots consecutively on the rail and he still gave up. I know I don't take losing very well, but his attitude and perseverance was sad. He showed weakness and Dimitri took advantage of it...solid player, hadn't heard of him until that video.

He's a swiss player that got edged out by SVB in the challenge match and beat him in a tourney on bucket pockets in his home town with everyone cheering for him. If he really wants respect, I'd like to see him play SVB 10 ball on a tight diamond. just saying, he doesnt get to 40 in that challenge match with those standards.

Count how many times shane breaks. Then count how many times he has a legit shot at the table and then you'll see why he wasn't really caring. His expression after break on part 4-3 says it all.

Regardless, jungo had the break going, was playing lights out and SVB was breaking terrible and still.. well you know.
