That's right, I didn't add in the first set of losers that dropped over to the left. I got my espresso in me now.

Anyone had the stream yet today? How is it out of Steinway so far?

The stream has been very good-Commentators Tommy Tolkoph and some other guy are decent too. Maybe steinway has finally added some bandwidth or whatever it was they were lacking or it could just because it's Thursday with a not well advertised tourny-Alex leading 4-0 . picture quality is good

I think if they moved this tournament location to Caribou, Maine they would have a better turn out.

That's probably part of it. It's probably overall opportunity cost. Potential ROI vs expenses, what other tournaments are going on with better odds and lower cost, etc.

Players didn't use to be that analytical-wising up perhaps or perhaps there weren't enough alternatives to analyze formerly.

Alex wins and in post match interview says in response to "Snooker affecting your 9-10 ball game? "I don't know where you guys get your information, I've only played 2-3 days of Snooker recently"
 
SVB vs Chris Melling now with Caroline Pao and Daz in the booth. Caroline was one of the first Americans that Daz met- He had snuck into Masters Pool Room (RIP) and she was a waitress there. She didnt know him from Adam (but i did). Caroline is a great person and pretty much -a one namer in pool.

Why not move the WPS to Reno? Resurrect the SRO glory days. Why did that tourney ever die out? I was a spectator there twice in the Nineties and liked it even better than the US Open.

Key word:

Expenses.

We have to remember for most all these guys/gals it's about how much do I have to spend in order to win "x" amount against other top players just like myself.

Hard to justify the expense to NYC for no more than it will pay. Especially considering the field.

A tournament player is in business just like any other business. People most often seem to not look at pool the same for what ever reason.
