Who is that Bookie at Stan James?

Most likely. Even if I can't get my NASCAR bar shift covered, I will come watch for a bit on Saturday.

Did you and Keith go to the tournament last night?

Chris Szuter is on this list also... I didn't realize he's playing. I could be wrong...

Now wait a minute here. . . How can Chris be 100/1 and Rico is 175/1 ?? :o HMPF! :o

Do they have any prop bets, first guy to not show?, or get pissed and break down his stick, late for a match, first run out? most likely to dump?

Yes, we did. Cutty showed up and sweated a few matches. Keith and Brandon Shuff ended up in the finals, which went hill-hill, with Keith coming out on top.

BTW, I just received a phone call this morning about a recent incident in which a dog bit the face of a regular lady player over at USA. I cannot remember her name, but you know her! Bad news, indeed, for all involved! :(

Danny Basavich is 150 to 1 on the Stan James website, and he's 66 to 1 on the other. I just placed a 500 vChip bet with the vBookie on "Other," but for the real dough, I'm going with my original picks. If I can find out what website my brother used last year, I will place a $2 bet on Rico Dicks for you! At 175 to 1, it's a nice friendly sweat bet! :p

CUTTY?!? Wow. There's someone I'd like to see. He brings character to the pool room, and not to mention action =) If you run into him again, give him my love. And give Keith my congrats. Any action at USA later?

Oh boy, that can't be good. A guy that plays poker there was bringing his dog around. I'll have to call Mr. and Mrs. Lee.

Wally has it right. First the players have to get out of their groupings.

Last year I tried to bet on it but could not. Stan James was in europe and they would not accept an american credit card for a deposit. I wonder if they have a way around that.

You have to remember that the odds are set to make people bet. Even if a 150-1 long shot wins the place will still make money(more than likely).

Last year you could bet on guys coming out of their groupings. Thats what I
wanted to do and I would have won heavily. The odds drop but the better
players usually make it out of the groups. Odds to win the whole event change alot after the group play is completed.

I like Ramil Gallego as well. He play well there and is a very good player. Many dont know him because he only came to the US briefly. He and Luat
are good 40-1's.

Frank,

I got the site to register my Visa, but when I try to add money to my account so I can bet, it won't let me do that.

If anyone get the site to let them register, please let me know.

Mike
