Who is the best young gun in Georgia under 20?

It's a shame they still don't have the juniors championship. When I worked at the Cue Corner in Pa. every year the best young guns would venture up there to battle. The one year, Tony Watson, Coletrain, and a couple others from the Carolinas rolled up fully loaded pockets, ready for anyone. I was absolutely amazed at the talent level, and gamble these, what, 16 year old kids had. They found action, not what they wanted, and hit the road again....fun times!......Gerry
Actually the Junior Nationals is still going on. It's just held at different campuses around the US. I heard a story when I was about 16 about Tony Watson. A guy who owns a pool room a little south of Atlanta told me that when Tony was only 13 years old he came in there one day when they were having a big tournament with some of the best touring pros in attendance, and Tony took a huge knot of hundreds out of his pocket and started covering the table with benji's. The owner said he completely covered the table and said I will take the 8 from anyone and nobody would flinch. I don't know how true that is, it seems a little farfetched, but if it's true that's some strong stuff!!!!Gerry said:

What do you mean by those last couple of sentences? I didn't quite understand them. Do you mean he's started to get side tracked? Has he met a girl or on drugs? I would hope not, but I don't like that Boo Boo kid. I don't know him very well but I don't think he's up to any good.lamar25 said:

Oh okay I see what your saying now. Yeah to be successful in pool you have to be a studier and reader of human traits. Well when I turned 17 is when I turned my back on the game for you know who. The last time I saw Jerry he was talking about girls a whole lot. He's just hit that age to where he wants to explore more than just pool. I think that the smoking laws has a lot to do with it, because he's not able to get into any big pool halls anymore. I just hope he's not on drugs, because I think that Boo Boo kid is. If Jerry and I start running together I will figure all of that out though. By the way Lamar before my accident we could have made a lot of money over in Gwinnett at the Viking tournament. I was trying to get someone to get in with me against that tater kid from Alabama that had like 10 grand in his pocket. I asked Billy Wynn one night and he said he would get in with me and then later on he said that he was tired and he was going home. I forgot to ask you Lamar. I wasn't in dead punch or anything but I know I would've beat that kid. We could've made a lot of money LOL! Matt Bulfin said I was robbing against him and Jessie Middlebrooks said it would be a fair game. What did you think about him? He didn't impress me one bit!!!!!!lamar25 said:

some people consider boo boo a "waste of human existence" i once heard this guy call him a "test tube baby". but i'm pretty sure the guy was on somesort of drugs and boo boo had just beat him in a tournament
