I agree that humor should come from within and it sarts by laughing at yourself first. :D

This is absolutely correct. It's just that *some* people have more in them to laugh at than others ;-)

Your right! But the more material you have within the more you can spew!! :D For something to be funny people must have an idea as to what you are spewing. If they understand then they must have had a similiar experience or feeling. They are really laughing at your words related to their experiences. IMO

While Smorgie may prvide a chuckle or two over time, my absolute favorite poster would be none other than my buddy, and heterosexual lifemate, Mr. 1pRoscoe!!!

Ross, you've made me laugh so hard I've sharted a few times. (Then again, I DO have irritable bowel syndrome!)

But I will also say that Hal cracks me the hell up sometimes and that one of the funniest posts I've ever seen was Hal posting a video of his 'run-out'. For those that missed it, it was video of Hal running out of a room!

Great stuff.

Both you and Ross have great witty humor. I don't see how you two could be overlooked.

I'm absolutely horrible. Seriously, I may be azb's most cynical poster yet. If people are laughing at my posts, that makes me happy because about 95% of what I see here has me in stitches.

I'm surprised that you posted in this thread Jude...this is definately not up to your level of intellectual threads containing serious pool and billiards related posts. :D

Oh well, i am sure that I am wrong about that too. I mean, if you posted in the thread, then it must be serious pool discussion. Heck, I am just a low level banger. 95% of your threads have me in stitches too...i guess I am just not smart enough or a great enough player like yourself to understand the brilliance of Jude "the smartest man alive" Rosenstock.

Maybe someday I can rise to your level and maybe one of my posts will not leave you laughing at me. Damn...i think i am gonna cry. :(

LOL just kidding

Wasn't really looking to humor you or get your approval there Jude. ;) But it is funny how you just had to add such an intelligent and well thought out response.

I am bald, 40, and pretty stocky. Do you think it's too late for me to be a Backstreet Boy?

Corvette's cartoons can't be beat. They vaguely remind me of South Park-- unrefined, yet super funny. His Grady cartoons STILL make me laugh.

Smorg is a close second, I think. Put up a poll on this, I'd like to see who wins. Vette has my vote.
