Who is the Maker???

A friend of mine asked me if I knew who made this. He said that there is no name on it anywhere. I don't have pictures of the joint or under the bumper, but by the looks I think it's a Josey. I'm probably way off though. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Way off. Definitely not a Josey. I am thinking import. Could be wrong, but don't think I am.

I looked at the bumper better and realized it's not a Josey bumper too. He didn't get hurt at all even if it is an import.
