Who is Travis Trotter?

He's the half-wit that fukks up your order at the drive through window (and you don't realize it 'til you get home).
He's the idiot who responds to 'What's up?' with 'Fine, thanks. And you?'
He's the gum on the bottom of your shoes that picks up everything from toilet paper to grass to leaves.
He's also the guy walking down the street with toilet paper hanging out of his pants that we ALL love to laugh at.
He's the idiot cashier who gives you an attitude when you remind them (out of the kindness of your heart) that they gave you too much change.
Conversely, he's the idiot cashier one register over who gets completely thrown off when you hand him a $20 bill AND .65 cents for something that's $8.65.
He's the guy that racks 8 ball and stares at the rack for about fifteen minutes trying to figure out what ball goes where.
He's the guy who brings the cue and the rack up to the counter along with the balls when he's done shooting (though they were both at the table when he walked in)!
He's the annoyaning S.O.B who does 45 in the fast lane and then gives you the brights in your rearview when you pass him.
He's the guy that cuts across three lanes of traffic because he had no idea that his exit was ....Oh Crap!!!! There it is!!!
He's the intestinal distress you get from eating your favorite food.
He's all these things and many more. In short, he is the annoyance that we deal with every day. He's the guy who seems so stupid, so oblivious, so annoying that we pull our hair out trying to figure out what makes him tick. He's the downside to every updside and the con to every pro.
But be careful! All of you! Because he's the 'special' kid that we all picked on at the bus stop as he waited for the short bus (aka the Tart Cart) who eventually grew up and invented a ridiculously fast search engine, sold it to another company for BILLIONS, and married the hottest woman any of us have ever seen who just can't seem to get enough sex to keep her satisfied!!! Meanwhile we're left fat and penniless, wishing we hadn't pulled our hair out years before so that we could rip it out now at the grand irony of it all!!!
Long live travis trotter! May he prove us all wrong and turn out to cure cancer or bring peace to the world.
So go ahead travis. Get working on it. Make your billions. Find that cure. Bring us world peace! And for God's sake! STOP POSTING HERE IN THE MEANTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a pretty good idea who it is, but I ain't naming names. I think they took over when the original character "Billy Jay Trotter" was banned.
For those that haven't been around as long as most of us, Travis is not the original character - there was a "Billy Jay Trotter" that posted here and on the Cuetec discussion forum (not sure why they had a forum - don't ask me). "Billy Jay" was hilarious, but was banned for comments he made to Jennifer Baretta in her forum.
Some people were outraged that the very entertaining "Billy Jay" was banned. The comments he made were ban-worthy. Good riddance.
"Travis Trotter" showed up with a similar posting style.
I believe that some of the recent posts by "Travis" have been made to give those of us that have been here a while a clue or two.
Myself, I could care less who it is or what they post. IMO, this person shouldn't be banned. The posts are harmless and made to add a little humor when other threads are getting heated. It is annoying at times, but then again, most of us get a kick out of him/her whether or not we want to admit it. In fact, I have given Travis quite a few awards recently, all in good fun.

i don't know who travis trotter is but I hear that movie production companies have decided to stop trying to make a kid delicious movie in order to focus their resources on a movie with the working title "Travis Trotter: The Man, the Myth, the Legend who destroyed evil with his trusty cuetech cue." allison fisher will be in it so will earl strickland who will be Trotter's arch enemy after Strickland breaks a priceless cuetech cue into pieces allison will play trotters mystical adviser aka what yoda/obi-wan was to luke in star wars strickland being the darth vader character

While I have my own personal beliefs as to the identity and/or origin of Travis Trotter, I think his identity should remain as it is.
Unlike some of us, when attacked, Travis believes in little or no response. This lack of responding makes him a lightning rod for verbal abuse and ridicule but that characteristic makes him a perfect release valve for those of us who feel frustrated and who feel the need to criticize someone without suffering the wrath of their indignation.
Whether he is a simple man or a character that was coined by a unique individual, Travis plays a unique roll in AZ. He provides a safe cushion for the meanness in all of us. His ability to take a whipping is legendary. You don't have to be afraid of Travis giving you a serious tongue-lashing because you accused him of being a banger or some other derogatory term. He provides unique comedic relief and when he is being critical of someone it is of such a childlike manner that it is difficult to be angry with him.
I think that his personna should copied and used in every forum as he accepts abuse like water on a duck's back. Travis would probably say, "sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me". LOL
