I'll bet PATHMAN would know. I'm sure he will see it in the next day or two and possibly respond.

I think thats an early Steve Price Road Case!! Very sweet. If yes, it was probably made for a famous road player. Looks like his quality.

Is it for sale?

I think I am the only A-Z member that owns a Jay Flowers, so here is a picture of it. Your case does look like one, mine was made in 1987 and he used twist locks for the Lid, your case has snaps, he may have used those on earlier models, I am not sure. You should have a Logo on the side of the case under the middle handle. Do you have any more pictures you can post?

I am still going with Steve Price.

...and when I ask..'is it for sale?' I mean 'is it for sale before Pathman sees it?' he, he!

All the Jay Flower cases I remember seeing, had 2 smaller Zipper pockets, your's look like it would be long enough for a jump cue handle. Interesting case, any Logo on it, sometimes Jay would paint them on like mine, or somtimes the Logo was stamped into the leather.

Si-

Seen his cases on e-bay but never had a chance to bid on one. Does anyone know how to get in contact w/ Steve Price. Would love to put my new Mottey in one of his cases:D

He sold a couple on ebay not so long back but I can't remember his ebay call sign. The quality is right up there with the best. Not sure how to get hold of him. I wish I could also.

I can't say for certain but unless someone tells me I am way off, its Price for me all the way on this case.

Not a Flowers, not a Justis.

Either Steve Price OR Jim Knott. Could easily be a Knott.

I doubt you're the only one with a Flower's case, but you may lay claim to owning one of the ugliest ones I have ever seen.

Jim <---If only it were purple.

LOL!! :D :p

Soooo, I was in Vegas for a tourny and ran into the Blue Man Group - next thing you know.....

case ID

Hello,
your case is a Jim Knott... I spoke with him a few years back via email and he made an ID of my case, which in style is very close to yours... the cases were actually manufactured in CA by Stone Hedge Leather... I had them add a smaller zippered compartment where the tapper sleve is an yours... they did a fantastic job, I would recommend them if you need any repair work...
