Who makes 30" or 31" non-LD shafts?

I'm looking for a 3/8x10 non-low deflection shaft. I'd like an extra shaft for my player and prefer not to get the cue maker to make another shaft as I'm not fond of the current shaft. I saw the Tiger Ultra X (available in 30") shafts are not LD shafts, but $250 is a little high for a production shaft IMO.

Any makers make a 31" standard shaft?

All I need is a 31" maple shaft with a black collar, 3/8x10 thread.

It is extremely whippy and hits pretty dull. My current shaft is birdseye and curly maple. While it is beautiful, it isn't as stiff as I'd prefer.
