For under $60: Players, without a doubt. I'd say Action, but their cheap cues warp within a year. Players somehow manages to make a quality sneaky pete for around $50. I don't know how they do it, I really don't. When I played bar pool when I lived in Los Angeles, I would be too scared to bring my nice cues into banger bars. Instead, I'd bring a Players sneaky pete and it hit mighty nice.
For ~$200: Huebler sneaky pete. They hit fantastic. They're hard to come across, but well worth it. I have one, and I love it. Everyone I know who has one (few, albeit) swear by it.
