Because of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I recently had the opportunity to contact Bead & Billiard in Washington State because of a PROBLEM I was having with a couple of Q-Claws.
The Claws keep loosing there Rubber Abrasive Feet that made the item stick to a Table, Stool, or. Apparently the Adhesive use to attach the Rubber Non-Slip Surface to the Claw did not hold. I personally tried White Glue, Rubber Cement, and a Few other adhesives to RE-Attach the Rubber Foot to the Q-Claws with ZERO SUCCESS.
While at the BCA, I asked one of the Vendors, Pool Dawgs, if they knew who made the Q Claw.
They point me to Beads & Billiards, and I contacted them. Was told to send the Bad Q Claws up for Replacement. Did so and my New Q-Claws are en route back to me WAHOO....
