Because of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I recently had the opportunity to contact Bead & Billiard in Washington State because of a PROBLEM I was having with a couple of Q-Claws.

The Claws keep loosing there Rubber Abrasive Feet that made the item stick to a Table, Stool, or. Apparently the Adhesive use to attach the Rubber Non-Slip Surface to the Claw did not hold. I personally tried White Glue, Rubber Cement, and a Few other adhesives to RE-Attach the Rubber Foot to the Q-Claws with ZERO SUCCESS.

While at the BCA, I asked one of the Vendors, Pool Dawgs, if they knew who made the Q Claw.

They point me to Beads & Billiards, and I contacted them. Was told to send the Bad Q Claws up for Replacement. Did so and my New Q-Claws are en route back to me WAHOO....:D :D :D :D

Glad to hear the good report. I just placed an order for some accessories with them myself yesterday, I should have my items tomorrow.

Real nice ladies. Actually, lady....grapevine has it that the one gal wanted out of the biz, and the other gal bougt her out. Not sure if that is what really happened, however, the website is now called Billiards 911. BTW...if you go to the bottom of the website page, there is a dollar bill. If you click on it, you can enter to win a 100.00 gift certificate that is given away every month. Just for entering, you will be emailed a 10% off coupon to use for purchases.
