Stevie is an exception to the stereotypical pool player. Besides being one of the best out there he is a hell of a nice guy. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Ive been friends with him for a long time now and have played golf and gone out with him hundreds of times. Stevie likes to gamble and make money but would never dump anyone like so many of the other players. As for his pool game, Ive seen him shoot down Shannon, Earl, Rodney, Hager, Joyner, and basically everyone that comes into town looking for a game. Hes probably one of the best road players ever. If he really decides to make a go of it, I think hes got the game to be a world champion.
Hey Baby's Arm. Good to hear from you. Hope you are still holding things down in Ga.

I agree 100% with this. I have known Stevie for over 15 years. There's not a more humble or straight up person in the game. If he decides to go at it full time, it won't take long. People will know who he is.

Good to hear from you too Mike. I'm working at my dads car dealership now and dont get the opportunity to go to as many of the tournaments as I did. I heard Jackson and Jeremy were in fine form in Atlanta though. I did go to the UPA event in Athens a few weeks ago and convinced Corey, Wiseman, Saez, and a few others to go out with Stevie, Dave, Jeremy , and I. It was another classic night. I got up at 7 to take the lucky girl from that night home and Stevie was asleep in my backseat, lol.

> Back when McDermott sponsored The National 9-Ball Tour,Stevie won their World Bar Table Championship twice, and has played 3 matches on TV,paired with Dawn Hopkins. They beat Aileen Pippen and Morro for sure, and saw clips of them playing 2 other matches. This was the event that CJ Wiley won for 85,000 I think. Tommy D.
