Who was the white guy who took Oscar Dominguez hill-hill yesterday at Hard Times?

I feel inclined to assume that since you quoted my post and made a reference to it in yours that you must have seen the part where I said I was kidding. Hehehe. I was just adding to the goofy comments. Season 6? Long lost twin? All I'm jest my friend.

Guy was white. Had some bearded scruff with a bit of gray. Was wearing a tight black spandex pull over type cap the rappers like to wear. Match was running in the late afternoon. Probably ended around 6-7pmish.

They were playing on table 8 or 9 I believe in the main tournament area.

Did the white guy get there?

I had to leave because the heat in the bleachers was too much. I thought I was going to pass out. I'm pushing 80.

When I left it was hill-hill. 8 to 8.

And Oscar was going to jump a ball to try and hit the one.

WHO WAS THE SCRUFFY BEARDED WONDER?

Did he win?

Oscar is world class.

So who the hell was this guy?

Looks like the OPs craziness took a whole new turn.
How many personalities does this guy have. You do know that AZ can tell your IP address.

And while some members are playing along, nobody is taking you seriously at all.

But stay away from big money matches with hedge fund managers!

Martin daigle????

Could it have been Martin Daigle? Martin is from Quebec. I saw him play at the Rhode Island state championship. He came 3rd in the tournament. He defeated Earl Strickland hill hill. From what his friend told me, he's supposedly the best pool player in Quebec. And top 10 in Canada. Martin-Daigle-300x199.jpg

ME and Zeke have been trading punches on the green felt for several years. He hits them great. I look forward to seeing him on Oscar's new tour.

Jaden

Zeke, I'll let you know if I get any of those long blanks in to make you some shafts, although I think last we talked you had found someone that was making those long shafts for you.

With Oscar's new tour...

I'll be willing to bet you will be hearing about a lot of players that you haven't really heard of with Oscar's tour starting up here on the left coast.

Some you have heard of... some you haven't

I could name probably fifteen players that stay in SoCal that could be competitive anywhere if they traveled and regularly competed.

But can they play with the Big Boys

Oscar did lose to the winner of the 10 ball earlier in an actin match. His name is Ruben Bastista, he is from Mexico City

Yes and no...

But can they play with the Big Boys

Right now. It would probably be hit and miss.

With the ability to play in a local tour and get seasoned experience more than once or twice a year???? Quite possibly.

Thanks Jaden... I am currently using GCore shafts now... I am looking for a custom low deflection shaft of 31" though... I believe I remember you mentioning your working with low deflection shafts these days... Are you attending nationals this year?
