Who would you have do this conversion?

I just got a really super purpleheart 26 1/2 and am going to have it converted. I don't mind paying as long as it translates into resale value at the end. I really don't want to wait more than a year or year and a half. I was thinking Tim Scruggs or Ron Haley anyone else you guys think I should consider?
 
I have several. My favorite is Jim Buss. He used the older style mother of pearl notched diamonds and circles. The cue is on his web page. They all make very nice playing cues. I play with a Web, Buss and Gilbert conversion and have a special one being made by a un named forum member.

Don't forget Scott Sherbine of Proficient Billiards. Even if you get it done elsewhere talk to Scott first.
