Just wondering who from AZB are planning to go to QLympics 1-18 Nov, Louisville, KY.

I'll be there during the straight pool and 10-ball. I don't know why though. I haven't hit a ball in weeks. No time with the baby. :(

Good Luck

Good luck to you, Jimmy and (late) congrats for the baby:) I'm not playing any events but I will be all over. Personally, I can't wait for the Challenge Matches and keeping my fingers crossed that no one backs out:cool:

I'll be there the 16th -18th. Looking forward to the VanBoening/Strickland match.

I will be there during a couple weekends. Probably for the action challenge matches. Hope to meet some of you guys!!

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone too. Especially the player's lounge with the action table is open to everyone, so everyone should stop in:)

More are signing up for most of the events. Since we take sign-ups on site, we won't know the final counts until the last minute.

There are about 12 vendors selling everything from chalk to collectible cues.

There are 2 challenge matches confirmed and another one in the works. Go to www.theactionreport.com for current info.

Hope to see you there as a player or spectator. This year there is no charge - next year we will see.

I am so jealous, brother. I wish I could attend the 14.1 Open. As it sounds, the # of entrants isn't all that high yet either (although that may change as the dates get even closer).

I couldn't get the time off work. Did you manage to get the whole week off (12th - 16th) or are you going to have to be working remotely? Are you planning on playing the 10 ball and 14.1? That might stand to be tough with one in the morning and the other in the evening.

Well, good luck Jimmy. I know you will do well even though you haven't been hitting that much recently (btw, hope all is well with the new family member). I expect to see your name near the top.... I'm still really jealous though ;)

I wish I was going, Mark - I looked into it, but can't go. I have three tournament conflicts that are closer. Maybe next year, though! I hope this year is a success for the event.
