I just got my copy of our first catalog. Yes, we've made it into Aurora Road Billiards Catalog. I have to say I'm pretty proud of this fact, especially the idea that we ended up on the back cover. This 10th Edition of Aurora Rd's catalog(December 2007) is 112 pages Packed Full of nothing but the Finest in Billiard Cues and Supplies in Brilliant Color.
I sincerely appreciate the support from all the AZBer's out there who helped us get this far.
In this catalog as many of you know are some very beautiful photos of cues... We all have our favorites and there are many of you that collect...(wish I could say I did)
Here's a little challenge for connoisseur's....
A connoisseur (Fr. connaisseur, from connoistre, conna?tre meaning "to be acquainted with" or "to know sb/sth.")is a person who has a great deal of knowledge about the fine arts, or an expert judge in matters of taste. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connoisseur
I've posted below a (not so good) scanned copy of one of the cue lines...
Simply see if you can answer the question...

Are you a "True" Connoisseur??
I'm working with Aurora Road to see if I can get better copies of the pages... If there is enough interest, I'll post them regularly and we'll see who knows their stuff.
Depending on what kind of reply there is, I'll post the original page uncovering the actual the title of the page and the cue numbers next week sometime.
(No cheating now, if you've got the catalog don't peak)
