The pin seems a little suspect but I have seen similar pins on some very early cues.

The finish looks to good for an old professional.

No doubt this is not all original -- new rings and finish on butt, plus shaft looks all new. I took the question to be whether it began life as a WHP or Titlist. The Hoppe Ring tells me all I need to know.
