Why are Schon cues getting to be so expensive

Why are the 7-8 hundred cues now selling for 11-12 hundred now if they were made years ago

Replacement cost and market.

Their main designer must have retired years ago. I haven't seen anything good since 2010.

If anyone has an 8 point Schon that has a super skinny butt and two shafts with one of them being a snooker shaft I'm interested in buying it. Went broke a long time ago and had to sell it to get home. I should've hitch hiked. Damn, I miss that cue.

Chuck, I purchased the 2nd from the top LTD from you a year ago. When I saw that cue for sale, I immediately joined AZ, hoping to get it. It's a stunning cue. Since then, I grew to love simpler designs and despite my wife and kids wishes, I sold the cue since I wasn't shooting with it (it was their favorite). If I still had it, I would gladly have sold it back to you for what I paid.
