C. Carl McConnell - I recently informed the local authorities that our LCCO (Local Chicken Crossing Operator) was allowing the chicken to walk sideways ALONG the road the same distance as it would have to walk to cross the road. I took up a petition among fellow chicken crossing enthusiasts to change the rule back to an actual crossing. Mr Bill Stork from The CCA (Chicken Crossing Association) had the audacity to contact me and ban me from attending any further chicken crossings.
I quote:
"The reason for our actions is your continued disruption and interference of an existing crossing (CCL # 263). Equally bothersome is the time and effort our office has spent to explain our policies to you."
Where is the 1st Code of Ethics. Fraud, deceit, misrepresentation & fowl play!

sc5 - Anybody want to bet on the road not letting the chicken cross? I will take the chicken if you spot me lanes 1 and 3. My action is good ~ trust me.

Bigtruck - Would you rather see:
A super tight view on the road with very little of the chickens crossing
or
Zoomed out a little where you can see the chickens and the road.
 
According to the posters in NPR, to get from the left to the right, that is the side of good, God, and Sarah - chicks of a feather squawk together.
