There's something else I'm often wondering about:
Does everyone who believes Earl is not one of the greatest players of all time not realize the one reason we're talking about him here or elsewhere is that, of course, he is?!
I mean, in the 25-plus years of teaching others I've had at least one student whose behaviour is worse. Won't call names, but I could call witnesses, believe me. Why don't we discuss that person? Ah, right, because that person is not one of the greatest players of all time, so no one knows that person, nor cares, right?
"With great power comes great responsibility." Can't deny that. But: we're talking about a pool player here, remember?
