Why does this message keep appearing?

Happens on my phone and PC. Any idea why?
I can get to Forums with a couple extra clicks but it's annoying.

Always says: "Oops! We ran into some problems."

I get that when trying to post pics that are too big.

I am logged in. It happens when just viewing. Chrome on phone and Firefox on PC. Happened after the format switch. Thought it was just my phone but when I finally got back on the old computer it was the same screen.
Not a huge deal, just wondering why it happens.

I had that also after the switch. I deleted my old link and then got on the forum main page and added that link and all was good after that.
