I think the American pros for decades have been good about making vhs/dvd instructional videos. Now that the dominant format is free, self-made YouTube videos, it seems a lot quieter.
You also have to pump out those YouTube videos it becomes a full time job.
It’s also hard as hell to make and/or learn good content from a storyline, photography, and editing standpoint.
I’ve made a few for another hobby of mine, CNC machines, and it’s not easy.
