Wildcard for the World pool Championships?

Kid, it would truly be an honor for any pool player to be invited by Matchroom Sport to compete in a tournament as prestigious as the World Pool Championship in Taiwan, and I couldn't imagine a better venue than this.
I watched last year's WPC, and it was some of the most exciting television coverage I've seen in a long time. To play in this tournament would be a privilege and would provide a golden opportunity to compete with the world's best players.
I've only played in a few of those real prestigious events, mainly because it costs a lot of money to fly all over the world. Some of the other players have sponsors, which makes attending these tournaments possible.
If it were to happen, I would have to find a way to finance myself to cover the expenses of the round-trip airline tickets and lodging for the week-long event. I don't have a sponsor, but if I was lucky enough get invited, I sure would do everything in my power to come.
They just had a little tremor in California. I wonder if Taiwan is ready for the real Earthquake.

It might be a good idea to email the organizers to let them know that you are interested.If you get invited I think they pay your hotel costs for you.
