Will Effren Reyes still be considered the Best to ever come from the Philippines?

Is Effren's All-Around Pool knowledge superior to Alex Pagulayan? How would you compare Effren's banking game to Bugs Rucker,Truman Hogue,Eddie Taylor,or James Evans?
 
A good guide is all the player profiles where they fill out who their favorite player is. Unless its a younger player from the US and they put down "Shane", it will almost always be Efren.
 
Imo Earl Strickland is the best I've ever seen, but I would never get mad or argue if someone wants to say that Efren is better.
