Looks like there's quite a few one ebay right now in the $200 range with no bids and one with 3 bids at $230ish.
I guess it depends on if you're looking to flip it or keep it. If you're looking to flip it, ask yourself if it's really worth the effort. I mean, if you can get it for 25 bucks, then do it.
If you're looking to keep it, then offer 150 for it.
Unless there's something special about a 1962 Hoppe that puts it above and beyond other 1960s Hoppes, it looks like 150-200 is the range people are willing to pay.

There was a time a few years ago when these were selling for at least $400,
and the models with the ivory Hoppe ring were going as high as $800.
This one looks to be in good shape and in my opinion could sell for $250-$300.
Not bad though, considering in 1962 these sold new for $19.80.
