Tex Makes a Statement

Well, the results are in. I only got three right.The last eight on the winner's side are Francisco Bustamante, Corey Deuel, Dave Bollman, Thorsten Hohmann, Niels Feijen, Mika Immonen, Tony Robles, and Gabe Owen.

Of those of us who took a shot at it, only Tex got as many as five of the eight right. Gotta admit it, Tex, I'm real impressed by the Gabe Owen pick. You da man.

Gabe Owen vs Tony Robles should be quite a match, with the winner guaranteed a top five finish.

Although I know he is capable on any given day of beating anybody out there
gambling, tournaments are different.
I just had a feeling he was going to do well in this years open.
I had him as one of my five picks to win before the tournament started

He has a tough one next, Mika is looking strong.
