I don't know if the distance to far, but you might check with Long's Billiard Supply in Newport News, VA. He might have one! Any special style or manufacturer?

Golden Cue in Albany NY has a 5x10 brunswick that has rails for both pool and 3 cushion. The phone number is 518- 459-9442.... If you call ask for rocco........................mike

Snooker table, maybe but never a pool table.

For all the young players, yes they do exist, and were more common a very long time ago. Makes for an interesting game. I have played on several, but I won't say how long ago it was. Good luck, I hope you get one as they are now quite scarce.

5 x 10 Pool Table

Hi Guys
I played on one in San francisco at the Que club. There was one on e-bay a while back but the guy didn't want to be very helpful so I was a little leary of him. I figure that if I can get used to playing on one that a regular table will seem a litle easier!
Gary :)

didnt tourney tables used to be 5x10?

i thought they changed it back in 42 or sometime around there because of the average hight of the top pro players.... they shortened it to 9'

could be wrong, correct me if i am.

but yea... should be a few 5x10 pool tables floating around somewhere.....

my limited knowledge

We used to have a Gold Crown 1 in 5x10 in our billiard parlor ( I will have to ask our resident know-it-all, it may have been a AE Schmidt table) . Now we have a Gold Crown 1 Snooker table in 5x10. I think "Golf" was big on the regular 5x10 table if I remember correctly. Also "bottle" pool. Some of the older black players that come into my place tell me about a black pool room in the city (downtown St Louis) that had a 5x10 table they played One Pocket on. That was their introduction to the game. But that was quite a few years ago. But how many of them are still around or how many were originally made ...I have no idea.
