Women's Pool in Europe? Who does it?

We are all familiar with the WPBA here in the States but there are a lot of women players in the world.

Where are they playing and who for? Is there a European counterpart like the WPBA?

Not a specific woman's tour that I know of, but the European Tour has a womens division.

Judging by some the womens fargo rates the other women of the world are definitely in competition somewhere.
I was wondering if they were playing the men.
