Women's World Cup...Who Knew?! Recurring problem.

I just read the "It's that hot girl again! Check it it out. thread, and I was so pissed. I had no idea this was going on last weekend. I try to stay on top of the Dragon Promotions events because so many are in Korea where I live. But I can't find any information about this event on their website. What's the deal? How can you have a major event like this and not advertise it on your website? I don't think it was on the Korean site either, or my Korean friends would have let me know about (they would have gone to watch). When I googled it, I had trouble even finding the date the event had taken place, I had to infer that it happened last weekend from the dates of the press releases.

I have found this to be true for a lot of pro events. After they take place it is really hard to find _basic_ information on them. The date they happened, they date they will happen next year, score of the final match, etc...

Anyways, I'm just venting. I would have been thrilled to get to watch Jasmine (love the intensity), and Shanelle Loraine seems like she would have been worth seeing too.;-)

If you guys worried about your game instead of peoples spelling errors it would be alot better around here.

Yes, that is the schedule, and that is EXACTLY my point. This event was not on the schedule. It was not on the main page either. How do you get all the best female players in the world together and not put it on your website?

I'd be happy to give updates if I were at the events!

I'm planning on playing the next event on that schedule, btw.

Oh, and I wasn't sure how to spell Jasmin(e)'s name. The page I looked on had it spelled two different ways, so who can tell? The professionalism of the billiards industry...

I'm confused. You don't see "April 10, 2007 Special Event
Women's World Pool Cup MBC Seoul, Korea" listed in the middle of the page?:confused:
 
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Ok! All the press releases I saw were dated April 23rd!!! I knew about the thing on the 10th (couldn't attend, though I tried). I thought there was a second event because people were just now talking about it, and again, the press releases.

Ok, I feel a little dumb.:)

No worries, lot of press release are late...:rolleyes: but don't you think you're gonna get out of being our coorespondent:p I will hold you to it. :D
